PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Convenience store chain Circle K purchased an Exxon gas station on Clark Road, just west of Gantt Road, for $2.69 million. The 1.79-acre property holds a 3,738-square-foot building, a 3,900-square-foot canopy and a 782-square-foot car wash. The purchase price equated to $1.5 million per acre and $319 per square foot for the total building area, which is 8,420 square feet.
Circle K operates more than 3,000 stores nationwide and more than 4,000 international stores. It has 405 corporate-owned stores in Florida.
