BUYER: CVS 75462 FL LLC (principals: CVS Pharmacy Inc., Lind Cimbron, Michael Nulman, Melanie Luker and Zenon Lankowsky), Woonsocket, R.I.
SELLER: Roberto Bollt as successor trustee of a land trust
PROPERTY: 104020 Immokalee Road, Naples
PRICE: $2.5 million
LAW FIRM ON DEED: Shutts & Bowen LLP, Fort Lauderdale

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Woonsocket, R.I.-based drug store company CVS Pharmacy purchased several acres at the corner of Immokalee Road and Randall Boulevard for $2.5 million. Mike DeAngelis, director, of public relations for CVS Pharmacy confirmed the purchase, but had no other information on the future development of a new drugstore on the site.

CVS Pharmacy is already developing a 13,000-square-foot drugstore at 8831 Immokalee in Naples that it hopes to open in February.

“Florida is a very important market for us; we have almost 700 stores in the state,” DeAngelis says. “We continue to look for opportunities to grow our presence in the state. [Any new CVS] will have at least one drive through and, depending if the site can accommodate it, a double lane drive through.”

The average CVS employs 20 to35 people.
