Crossman & Co. redevelops City Plaza at Tampa Palms
Orlando-based Crossman & Co. plans to redevelop City Plaza at Tampa Palms in Tampa.
As part of the redevelopment, Crossman & Co. has negotiated a 20-year lease with Publix Super Markets for a 54,340-square-foot facility, which will replace the existing 49,300-square-foot facility Publix currently occupies in the center.
Crossman & Co. recently redeveloped another Publix at Southgate Shopping Center in Lakeland.
City Plaza at Tampa Palms, located at 16041 Tampa Palms Blvd., is part of the Tampa Palms master planned development in the Bruce B. Downs Boulevard corridor, which will include 8,400 residential units, nearly a million square feet of retail space and 59,000 square feet of office space.
