Lynda Keever, now retired publisher of Florida Trend, is teaming up with her husband, Bill Eshenbaugh, in a new company called USAsset Management, a firm that will handle the sale of distressed properties for banks.
Eshenbaugh is president and chief executive officer of Eshenbaugh Land Co., a Tampa-based commercial real estate brokerage for land. Eshenbaugh headed up sales in Florida for the Resolution Trust Corp. in the late 1980s and early '90s.
So now, Keever, who is a type-A personality, is working "for" or "with" her husband, also known by his industry nickname, “The Dirt Dog."
The obvious question: Who's the boss?
