PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Tampa Armature Works Inc., a company started in 1921 by J.A. Turner Sr., sold a 69,000-square-foot building at 1910 Ola Ave. in Tampa Heights to TH-TAW LLC.
A Tampa Armature Works spokesperson was unavailable for comment, but state records show TH-TAW is at 14101 Racetrack Road, Tampa, which is also the address of A Better Place Group, headed by Westchase developer Bill Bishop. He couldn't be reached prior to deadline.

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Pepple, Johnson, Cantu & Schmidt PLLC, Clearwater
PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Trinity 54 LLC, Ozona, paid $3.8 million for 14.35 unimproved acres in Pasco County, about $265,784 per acre.
The Trinity partnership is made up of Donald Kaltenbach, Sarasota; David Nelson and David Brandon, both of Palm Harbor; and David Dunbar, Ozona, according to state corporate records.
