LAKEWOOD RANCH — National homebuilder and developer Taylor Morrison will bring a new community, Azario Lakewood Ranch, to the master-planned community of Lakewood Ranch in east Manatee County.
Azario Lakewood Ranch will be off State Road 64 on Lorraine Road, according to a statement. The community will have two neighborhoods — Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch and Park East at Azario.
Esplanade at Azario residents are expected to have access to a private 18-hole golf course. Planned resort amenities include a wellness center, culinary center, resort-style pool, sports courts, fitness center and a full-time lifestyle manager to plan special events and parties, the release adds.
Park East at Azario is a single-family home neighborhood with planned amenities. Homes will have floor plans that are customizable.
“Azario Lakewood Ranch is an exciting new addition to Lakewood Ranch, the most desired location for new housing in Sarasota and Manatee counties,” says Taylor Morrison Southwest Florida Division President Cammie Longenecker in the statement. “Both our award-winning resort lifestyle neighborhood Esplanade and our Park East neighborhood will offer stunning new homes with quality Taylor Morrison construction, exciting amenities and a luxurious lifestyle every homebuyer deserves.”
Taylor Morrison Home Corp. is based in Scottsdale, Ariz. The company operates under two brands, Taylor Morrison and Darling Homes.
