Executive Director Kristen Stogniew joins Saltmarsh's Tampa office as shareholder.
Stogniew & Associates, a Clearwater-based financial services firm, will merge with Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund, which has three offices in Florida. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.
Kristen Stogniew, executive director at Stogniew, will join Saltmarsh's Tampa office as a shareholder, a release said. Stogniew has more than 20 years of experience working with financial regulation.
Founded in 1944, Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund has offices in Tampa, Fort Walton Beach, and Pensacola.
