BONITA SPRINGS — Stevens Construction has completed its second project for Bonita Springs Utilities.

The Fort Myers-based contractor recently turned over the keys to a new, 6,540-square-foot customer service facility at 11900 E. Terry St., according to a statement. Stevens previously built a 19,000-square-foot, two-story administrative building in 2017 for Bonita Springs Utilities. The most recent project required temporary relocation of the department and resulted in no disruption of service, the release adds.

Stevens Construction Vice President South Florida Dan Adams was project executive; Alan Bennett project manager; Rebeccah Hamilton project administrator; and Jeff Hollis project superintendent. Architectural services were provided by MHK Architecture & Planning of Fort Myers and Naples, the release states.

With offices in Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando, Stevens Construction specializes in construction management, general contracting and consulting services for construction of health care, commercial and hospitality facilities.
