FORT MYERS — People seeking new jobs in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic in Southwest Florida can go connect with a hot jobs website set up by CareerSource Southwest Florida.
The first step for job seekers, according to a CareerSource information sheet, is to register or update a profile at EmployFlorida.com. “If you have not yet registered with our job bank,” the site states, “you are missing out on thousands of job opportunities from our preferred employers.”
Users can complete background profiles and build or upload a résumé on the site. A user can then activate a Virtual Recruiter, which will automatically notify you of job openings that match your interests and skills and will tell you how to apply for the jobs.
