Elder care firm adds three senior executives

Jessica Fogg, Michele Lindsey and Wendy Dorn join St. Petersburg-based Solutions Advisors Group.

ST. PETERSBURG — Solutions Advisors Group, parent company of Solvere Living, an operator of senior living communities in 13 states, has made three appointments to its executive leadership team. St. Petersburg-based SAG is also the parent company of Solutions Advisors, which handles marketing, advertising, sales and consulting services for the communities.

According to a news release, Jessica Fogg has been named senior vice president of consulting for Solutions Advisors; Michele Lindsey has been hired as vice president of team engagement and values for SAG; and Wendy Dorn joins as Solvere Living’s managing director of wellness.

“We’ve brought on time-proven veterans highly respected in their fields to help us drive and direct our division teams as we continue to grow our footprint of services and products,” SAG CEO and President Kristin Ward states in the release. “Their expertise and commitment will help us better serve our consulting clients and community owners.”

Fogg, the release states, has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience. She previously served as vice president of Solutions Advisors before departing for a leadership position at Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey.

Lindsey, meanwhile, boasts more than 20 years of experience in human resources recruitment, training and development, according to the release. She previously served as regional director and human resources director at Brookdale Healthcare Services in Brentwood, Tenn.

Dorn is a registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of nursing-related roles. She comes to SAG from Grace Healthcare Services in Edison, N.J., where she served as registered nurse case manager and clinical director, the release states.
