Sandy Butler wins award

A national trade organization has chosen The Sandy Butler, a Fort Myers-based specialty food retailer, as one of six “Outstanding Retailers of 2010.”

The National Association for the Specialty Food Trade has more than 2,900 members across the country. Those members were asked to nominate stores based on qualities such as uniqueness, product knowledge, and customer service.

“We are honored that The Sandy Butler is nationally recognized,” said General Manager Jason Nelson in a release. “We are continuously creating innovative retail collections in our market and restaurant to offer unique, quality products that cannot be found at other restaurants or retail establishments.”
