PALM HARBOR — Patrick Durkee has joined Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, a Palm Harbor-based commercial cleaning franchisor, as chief operating officer.
Durkee, according to a press release, is a U.S. Navy veteran and brings to his new role more than 25 years of experience in operations and team management. He comes to Office Pride from Cleveland-based Tradesmen International, where he served as vice president of operations. His background also includes stints with ServiceMaster and General Electric.
At Office Pride, the release states, Durkee will oversee operations, marketing and franchise development.
“We are thrilled Pat joined our Office Pride team,” Office Pride founder and CEO Todd Hopkins states in the release. “We are excited about the strengths and experience Pat brings to our company. His extensive knowledge of franchise operations management, systems analysis and process improvement will enable Office Pride to achieve higher levels of growth and success.”
Privately owned Office Pride, founded in 1992, has 130 franchises around the country.
