Homebuilder to unveil new luxury community

Aria is a gated, Italian-style single-family home community in Venice.

VENICE — Neal Signature Homes, the luxury homebuilding division of Neal Communities, will unveil its newest luxury home community in Venice at a grand opening event on Oct. 12.

At the event, visitors can tour the amenity center and four model homes, according to a press release. 

Aria is a maintenance-assisted, gated, Italian-style single-family home community. The community have a resort pool with cabanas and lounge areas. There are also plans for a spa, fitness center, activity lawn, fire pit and eight pickleball courts.

Homebuyers can choose from homes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage up to the largest floor plan with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a three-car garage. Buyers can also choose to have a pool and smart home features.

“Aria will offer a unique luxury home option to homebuyers in Venice,” says Neal Signature Homes President Randy Turkovics in a statement. “We brought in a West coast designer to create homes that offer exactly what today’s buyers are looking for: customizable floor plans, plenty of outdoor space and amenities that allow residents to connect with their neighbors.”

Neal Signature Homes is based in Lakewood Ranch.
