National homebuilder announces new affordable housing project

Developer purchased 57 acres to build the community in early 2020.

FORT MYERS – Responding to the demand for affordable housing, PulteGroup purchased a 57-acre parcel off Bayshore Road to build a new community in early 2020.

Enclaves at Eagle Landing, which will be located 2.5 miles west of Interstate 75, will have 188 one- and two-story Centex homes starting from the low $200s, according to a press release.

“Savvy first-time homebuyers seeking value, quality and style in Fort Myers new construction will find it all at Enclaves,” says Richard McCormick, president of PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida division.
