Low-country seafood restaurant cooks up debut in region

Outer Banks Boil Co. plans to open three locations in the region, the first in St. Pete Beach.

Outer Banks Boil Co., a Carolinian-styled seafood restaurant concept specializing in “true low-country” cuisine, plans to open a trio of new locations in the Tampa Bay area.

The takeout and catering franchise, being operated by franchisees James and Jennifer Berlin and Logan Berlin, intend to open their first area location this month in the Dolphin Village Shopping Center in St. Pete Beach, according to a statement. Two other locations are being scouted now around Clearwater Beach and downtown Tampa, possibly in Riverview.
