Homebuilder fills controller position with 30-year construction industry veteran

Lourdes Opperman joins Bonita Springs-based Harwick Homes.

BONITA SPRINGS — Harwick Homes, a luxury custom homebuilding and remodeling company, has hired Lourdes Opperman as controller. 

Opperman, according to a press release, is a CPA with nearly 30 years of experience in construction accounting. At Harwick, she will oversee all financial information and activities. 

“Lourdes is a tenured CPA with significant construction-related experience,” Harwick Homes President Mark Smith states in the release. “She recently relocated to our area from Miami, and has already proven to be a strong addition to our team.” 

Harwick Homes, headquartered in Bonita Springs, reported $6.86 million in gross revenue in 2019 in its remodeling division,
