HMA partners with Tri-Lakes

NAPLES — Health Management Associates Inc. (symbol: HMA) acquired a controlling interest in Tri-Lakes Medical Center, a facility in Batesville, Miss., through one of its subsidiaries today. When the deal is completed, HMA will own the facility jointly with Tri-Lakes' current physician-owners.
