TAMPA — Fintech, a Tampa-based company that specializes in business software solutions for the beverage alcohol industry, appointed Roy Kemper chief financial officer.
According to a press release, Kemper brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience to the role, having most recently served as CFO of Greenville, S.C.-based The Gordian Group Inc., for more than seven years.
“Roy is extremely talented and has a proven track record of strategic management that will lend itself to Fintech’s overall financial growth and profitability,” Fintech President Tad Phelps states in the release. “His strong leadership skills and vast experience in company mergers and acquisitions will be invaluable in our efforts to expand our position within the beverage alcohol industry.”
Kemper’s resume, according to the release, also includes accounting and auditing roles with Bi-Lo and Deloitte & Touche.
“I’m excited to be joining Fintech and look forward to further growing our position as the technology leader in the beverage alcohol space,” Kemper states in the release. “This opportunity will allow me to apply my extensive financial background towards Fintech’s dedication to deliver consistent quality and reliability to its clients and employees.”
