C.R. Herro has been named CEO of AR Homes by Arthur Rutenberg, a nationwide network of independently owned and operated homebuilding franchises, effective Dec. 1. He succeeds Jim Rosewater at the Clearwater-based company, whose franchisees have built tens of thousands of custom homes in 10 states, including Florida.
According to a news release, Herro has more than 25 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. He has worked for both builders and firms that supply materials and other support to builders.
“C.R.’s historical performance in building innovative and high performing building companies is what caught the attention of the Board,” AR Homes Executive Director Jason Seibel states in the release. “We’re excited to see how C.R. and our distinguished team will continue to deliver value to our franchisees and our customers.”
AR Homes was founded by Arthur Rutenberg in 1978 and has franchises in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio and Texas.
