BTI Partners takes home honors for its 52-acre, mixed-use Westshore Marina District project in Tampa from USA Property Awards.

The developer of the 52-acre Westshore Marina District between Tampa and St. Petersburg has been recognized with awards for projects in Tampa and Orlando by International Property Awards.

BTI Partners, of Fort Lauderdale, won USA Property Awards’ top high-rise development award for Marina Pointe, a 17-story, 120-unit luxury condominium tower within the Westshore Marina District.
