FORT MYERS — Bell Tower Shops, an open-air center in central Fort Myers at Daniels Parkway and U.S. 41, has announced plans for a comprehensive redevelopment.

The project, beginning this month, will turn the 343,000-square-foot shopping center into a modern, all-inclusive shopping, dining and entertainment experience,” according to a statement. That includes a “fresh mix of retail, restaurants and entertainment options that create an ultimate lifestyle destination,” the release adds.

The renovations will feature new inviting gathering areas, updated architecture and redesigned storefronts, fresh paint, lively landscaping and contemporary lighting, according to the statement.

Madison Marquette, a private real estate investment and operating company, owns Bell Tower Shops.

“As the Southwest Florida community continues to grow, Bell Tower Shops is evolving to deliver a transformative experience that meets the ever-changing needs and interests of today's consumers,” says Madison Marquette Senior Vice President Whitney Livingston in the release.
