SARASOTA — Harmar has leased a 19,916-square-foot office space in Northgate Center Business Park to house its sales, executive and operational staff.
The Sarasota-based manufacturer of wheelchair and scooter vehicle lifts and other accessibility equipment will continue to operate out of its current location at 2075 47th St. in Sarasota. The new space will accommodate Harmar’s growing front office staff, according to a press release.
Nick DeVito II and Joanna Ginder of Ian Black Real Estate represented the landlord, Independence Business Center. Julia Silva of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The property is at 1500 Independence Blvd.
“Independence Business Center is in close proximity to Harmar’s existing location and already configured for office use, which will make this a smooth transition for their team,” says DeVito, a partner at Ian Black Real Estate, in the statement. “In addition, the industrial park offers ample parking to accommodate the growth they are currently experiencing.”
