FORT MYERS — LSI Cos., one of the largest full-service real estate brokerages and development firms in Southwest Florida, recently brokered a pair of large land deals totaling more than $8 million.

In one deal, Naples-based real estate conglomerate Barron Collier Cos. bought 175 acres on 14780 Bonita Beach Road SE in Bonita Springs for $6 million. Barron Collier., which does land development, agriculture production and mineral management, among other work, bought the property under Seagate BC Partners LLC, state records show. The company bought the site from Donmal LLC, records show, which is managed by Naples resident Donal Malenick. Justin Thibaut with LSI Cos. brokered that deal, according to a statement.

In the second recent deal LSI brokered, Bayshore 65 LLC purchased a 66.5-acre residential property site, 7700 Bayshore Road in North Fort Myers, for $2.35 million. The entity bought the land from The Jean Moltrup and Kathryn Zuberbuhler Trusts, according to a separate statement. Bayshore 65 LLC is managed by area banker Charles Idelson, according to Department of State records. Idelson helped grow Fort Myers-based Investors’ Security Trust, which merged with Busey Bank in 2019.

In that deal the buyer was represented by Randy Thibaut and William Rollins of LSI, while the seller was represented by Gary Tasman of Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC.
