Working situation: Working from home since March 15.

Biggest working from home challenge: Leading with certainty amid uncertainty.

Most important lesson you've learned in the shutdown: Lead with positivity. Communication can be enhanced in a non-office environment.

Books, articles, TV shows, podcasts and/or audiobooks have you’ve focused on: Jon Gordon Podcasts/"Power of Positive Leadership"; all articles by Scott Gottlieb (a physician and FDA commissioner from 2017 to April 2019) right now; "Relentless" by Tim Glover; "Tiger King" (to keep up with the team!) and "The Crown."

How far out into the future are you looking? 24 months

How do you maintain your spirit/morale? How do you keep the team motivated? Structure, family, connecting daily with team. Our focus is community, caring, connect, through working from home structure, communication, focus on the future, training and development and daily Zoom/WebEx and Microsoft Teams calls.

Exercise or stress relief have you’ve turned to during the crisis: Four-mile run at 5 p.m. every day with son/daughter.

Last trip to out of the house: To Amalie Arena, with Tampa Mayor Jane Castor for announcement of One Tampa, a relief campaign for the city.
