Veteran Realtor tapped to lead Premier Sotheby’s brokerage unit

Long-time local resident Sandy Waterbury is named managing broker of the company’s St. Petersburg office.

ST. PETERSBURG — A 30-year resident of St. Petersburg and real estate veteran has been named managing broker of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s St. Petersburg office.

Sandy Waterbury, who has been affiliated with the company since 2015, will lead the office at 120 2nd Avenue NE, Suite 102A, according to a statement. Waterbury has served as a director on the board of Florida Realtors under the Pinellas Realtor Organization, where she also currently serves on the grievance committee.

“I am delighted to welcome Sandy to our leadership team,” says Premier Sotheby’s International Realty CEO Judy Green in the statement. “She has been a successful sales associate with our company for a number of years and is well-known and respected in the community both professionally and through her charity work.”

Headquartered in Naples, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has more than 1,100 associates and employees in 40 locations in Florida and North Carolina.
