TAMPA — A-LIGN, a Tampa-based company that specializes in cybersecurity compliance services, appointed Sean Butler executive vice president of people as it prepares to hire at least 100 workers over the next 12 months.
According to a press release, the hiring surge was made possible by a $54.4 million investment from FTV Capital. A-LIGN already employs more than 200 people.
Butler, the release states, brings extensive human resources management experience to the role, which will see him guide strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations related to A-LIGN’s workforce.
