TAMPA — Tampa-based Little Greek Fresh Grill forecasts continued growth in 2018, including openings in Texas and two new locations in the Chicago area

In a press release, Little Greek president Nick Vojnovic states the fast-casual restaurant chain is “on target for steady expansion.”

He adds, “We have our eyes set on expanding into the Chicago area market, including Schaumburg and Quincy. Florida and Texas will continue to be strong growth markets. Apollo Beach and Riverview, as well as Frisco, Texas, are also scheduled for openings. We recently opened a location in Plano, Texas.”

Little Greek Fresh Grill also has eateries in Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky and Ohio. According to the release, the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas will also be a priority as the company looks to expand further in Florida.

“We are excited to bring the fresh homemade food from Little Greek to new markets,” Vojnovic added. “We are looking to continued growth.”
