TAMPA — IberiaBank has promoted from within to fill a leadership position, appointing Elena Bass senior vice president and retail market manager for the Tampa Bay region.
Bass, a 30-year veteran of the financial services industry, joined IberiaBank in 2015 when she was hired to oversee the bank’s business banking division in southeast Florida.
According to a press release, Bass, in her new position, will direct sales strategies, branch growth, personnel and client service for branch offices in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
“We are pleased to have Elena in this key role,” states Michael Roth, the IberiaBank’s Tampa Bay market president, in the release. “She is very versatile and has extensive financial industry experience. Elena has served clients directly and has provided leadership and direction for teams of bankers.”
