Three Venice investors buy Veteran Air industrial condo

PRICE: $1.05 million

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Tom Fouche and his sons David and Kevin Fouche of Venice purchased an 10,266-square-foot industrial condominium in Ironwood Business Park for $1.05 million.

The price equated to $102 per square foot. That figure is less than the two-year average price per square foot for retail space ($138) in the Tampa Bay area, according to the CoStar Group.

The unit features a mixture of office and warehouse space and multiple rollup doors.

Steve Pimlott of Horizon Realty International represented the seller and Kevin Robbins of Harry E. Robbins Associates Inc. represented the buyer.

The property was purchased as an investment. HVAC contractor Veteran Air leases the property and has another four years remaining on its lease term.
