The first quarter in commercial real estate transactions was the continuation of a hot streak at Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group, with offices in downtown Bradenton and downtown Sarasota.
The latest accolade: The brokerage, with $43 million in closed transactions over the first three months of 2014, ranked third out of all Sperry Van Ness offices nationwide in total sales volume, according to a release. The Sperry Van Ness offices in Chicago and Farmington Hills, Mich. were the only ones ahead of Bradenton-Sarasota, the release adds. Sperry Van Ness operates more than 175 offices in 36 markets.
Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group has 17 agents who work the Sarasota-Bradenton market. The office ranked 10th in total sales volume company-wide in 2013, with around $74 million in transactions.
“I am exceedingly proud of our team and all they are able to accomplish each and every day in our commercial real estate market,” Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group Managing Director Tony Veldkamp says in the statement. “Not only are they doing deals here locally, but through the SVN network they are completing transactions throughout Florida and across state lines.”
