PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Paradise Ventures Inc. purchased the 25,080-square-foot South Dal Plaza retail center and an adjacent warehouse building and the former Estella's Mexican restaurant building for $3.5 million.

The price equated to $711,382 per acre.

The new owner plans demolish all but a portion of the existing retail center property to create a largely new retail development it is calling The Shoppes of South Dale. As currently conceived the new development would also create two outparcels.

“The real estate there is great,” says Chris Zimmermann, who handles acquisitions and development for Paradise Ventures. “It's just a trophy location.”

Paradise Ventures is currently in discussions with Crunch Fitness gym to anchor the new development.
