TAMPA — Pilot Flying J and Love's Travel Stops have extended their exclusive agreements with Pegasus TransTech Corp. for the Transflo Express truck stop document scanning service. Both companies will offer the service at all of their locations in the United States and Canada through Dec. 31, 2030.

The prior agreements signed in 2010 were set to expire at the end of 2020.

Transflo Express allows drivers to hand their documents to a cashier at the fuel counter for scanning. In seconds, the documents are sent electronically to the fleet or third-party logistics provider for billing and payroll processing.

The new deals put the service in more than 940 truck-stop locations, including all of the 650-plus Pilot Flying J locations and the more than 300 Love's Travel Stops.

Pilot Flying J became the first chain to offer Transflo Express in 2002 and Love's Travel Stops added it in 2004.

“Transflo Express has been a valuable service to our trucking company customers in helping them improve their days' sales outstanding and credit processes,” Mark Hazelwood, president of Pilot Flying J, says in a press release.
