PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Naples orthopedic surgeon Aldo Beretta purchased the 10,840-square-foot Naples Car Care Center for $1.18 million.
The price equated to $108 per square foot. That figure is higher than the two-year average price per square foot for industrial space ($50) in Southwest Florida, according to the CoStar Group.
The Naples Car Care Center facility houses a number of automotive service-focused tenants.
Michael O'Mara of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.
“[The buyer] is planning renovations and to continue it as a commercial investment,” O'Mara says. “The property is in the Davis [Boulevard] corridor redevelopment area, where future growth is encouraged by Collier County. It also has C5, the most intensive zoning.”
O'Mara says he has sold the property three times during the past 12 years and that the stable property generated a profit for each buyer at resale.
