Swiss firm picks Pilgrim

TAMPA — Pilgrim Software announced that Medela, the Swiss-based manufacturer of breast pumps and other post-natal supplies, has selected the Tampa-based firm to provide the technology for managing complaints. Terms were not disclosed.

Pilgrim's software will provide Medela with a centralized way to track and manage all customer complaints. The software will help Medela improve communication with customers and help the company comply with regulations using an automated system.

Pilgrim Software is a privately held technology company headquartered in Tampa with offices in the Netherlands and India. The company provides compliance software for highly regulated industries.
