PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A company affiliated with Bradenton-based Urology Partners purchased a 2,683-square-foot unit in Riverwalk Professional Park for $600,000.

The price equated to $224 per square foot.

The buyer, MUPA Property LLP, owns 10,518 square feet on the second floor of the building. The buyer also hired Sarasota-based Delta Southern Construction to build exam rooms and diagnostic facilities for the practice.

Urology Partners officials declined to comment on the purchase.
