Oettinger Davidoff Group moves headquarters
The Oettinger Davidoff Group has announced plans to relocate its headquarters to a 100,000-square-foot building in Pinellas Park. The company will bring 90 new jobs paying 150% of the average annual wage to the area. The company, which imports cigars from the Dominican Republic and Honduras, will use the new location as its U.S. headquarters along with warehouse and distribution services.
Davidoff will use Florida's Qualified Target Industry program, which allows new and expanding Florida businesses to receive tax refunds for every new job created. Additionally, Davidoff qualified for funding through the Governor's Quick Action Closing Fund, which will contribute $240,000 from the State of Florida, $20,000 from Pinellas County and up to $64,000 in tax and fee reductions from Pinellas Park.
The buyer was represented by Ned Willis with Vector Commercial Real Estate Services Inc., and the seller was represented by Paula Smith with Osprey Real Estate Services North Bay LLC.
