BRADENTON -- The Treesdale Condominiums in Bradenton sold this week for $5.5 million, according to Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, which brokered the deal.
Peter Reynolds and Nathaniel Fischer purchased the property through 1818 9th LLC, public records show. The seller, an investor based in Canada, sold the property through Treesdale US LP.
The seller had acquired Treesdale roughly 18 months ago, for $3.9 million. Francesco Carriera, a senior associate with Marcus & Millichap, says the property was on the market for 30 days prior to sale.
Built in 1971, Treesdale Condominiums is a 193-unit complex, comprised of 25 separate residential buildings situated on 18.57 acres of land. The property at 1818 Ninth Ave. E. includes a clubhouse, and a freestanding fitness/laundry center.
