The five-building, 71-acre Renaissance Center office park in Westshore has sold for $108 million.

New Jersey-based Vision Properties purchased the office park, according to a statement from Cushman & Wakefield, which negotiated the transaction. The Renaissance Center is a 532,371-square-foot property at 8705 Henderson Road.

The sale, the largest suburban office sale in Tampa in the past year, also includes a four-acre development site, the statement says. Liberty Property LP sold the property, according to records from the Hillsborough County Clerk of Courts.

Construction on the property began in 1997 and was completed in 2001, according to Hillsborough County Property Appraiser records. The property last sold for $103.6 million in October 2006, records show.
