Attorney Brandon Szymula has joined Hall Booth Smith P.C. as a partner and will be based at the law firm’s Tampa office.
Szymula, according to a news release, specializes in representing health care providers, particularly nursing homes and assisted-living facilities. He is an experienced litigator in cases involving finance, real estate, intellectual property and general business matters.
“We are excited to welcome Brandon to the HBS family,” Hall Booth Smith Managing Partner Ryan Rivas states in the release. “He is an invaluable addition to our office as we expand to meet the needs of our clients.”
Szymula is involved in several nonprofit and legal industry organizations, including Johnny Valenti Memorial Inc., Defense Research Institute, Hillsborough County Bar Association and Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
