TAMPA — Environmental Pest Service named Shawn Lucht its new CEO.
According to a press release, Lucht brings more than over 25 years of experience working with customer-facing organizations to Tampa-based EPS, which handles termite and pest control, as well as lawn care services.
“I’m excited to take my experience and help EPS grow, both organically and through continued mergers and acquisitions,” Lucht states in the release. “When your customers are so happy that they can’t help but tell all of their friends and family about you, then you know that you’re doing something right.”
Lucht began his career with Brink’s Home Security, where he worked his way up to executive vice president of operations. Prior to joining EPS, he served as senior vice president of Champion Home Exteriors.
Lucht also served as chief customer officer and senior vice president of operations for ADT Security Services.
“Shawn has a proven track record of growing organizations by improving the customer experience and implementing best practices for operational efficiencies,” states George Pickhardt, EPS board chairman, in the release.
