CAPE CORAL — Century 21 Sunbelt Realty has expanded to commercial real estate, naming Daniel Jan Miller to oversee the division.
Miller is a former firefighter with 23 years of service, according to a statement. “Southwest Florida is booming,” Miller says in the release. “My goal is to connect businesses and investors with the right properties to meet their needs.”
Owned by Barbara Watt, Susan Bennett and Jim Fischer, Century 21 Sunbelt Realty has 10 locations throughout Southwest Florida, including two in Cape Coral. It was founded in 1984 and has more than 300 agents.
“Daniel’s leadership experience and clear commitment to our community are just a couple of the reasons why we are so excited for him to join Century 21 Sunbelt Realty,” Watt says in the release. “Between the tools provided by Century 21, our global reach and Daniel’s passion for the business, there is no limit to the growth within our commercial real estate division.”
