TAMPA — PulteGroup, one of the nation’s largest homebuilding companies, appointed Branden Clarke controller at its west Florida division, headquartered in Tampa.
Clarke, who hails from Jupiter and is a University of Florida graduate, has steadily climbed the ranks at PulteGroup, first serving as senior corporate auditor at the company’s corporate headquarters in Atlanta and then controller at its Columbus-Cleveland division in Ohio, according to a press release.
In his new role, Clarke will prepare financial forecasts, analyze budgets and direct the company’s accounting staff to ensure forecasted targets are being met.
“We are excited to have Branden as part of our west Florida division,” states Sean Strickler, Pulte’s west Florida division president, in the release. “Branden has come up through the Pulte ranks and understands the business and company inside and out. We look forward to having his expertise.”
