LAND O' LAKES — Publix Supermarkets bought the Collier Commons Shopping Center in Land O' Lakes for $28 million.

Located at the intersection of State Road 54 and Collier Parkway, the shopping center offers 187,132 square feet of commercial space. The space was 100% leased at the time of sale.

Collier Commons of Pasco LLC was the seller in the deal, and was represented by Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. Publix represented itself in the transaction.

Karl Johnston, a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield, referred to the recently sold property as “one of the premier Class A Publix-anchored shopping centers in the Tampa area.”
