Elite Auctions, a Naples company that handles non-distressed luxury real estate and yacht auctions, is aiming high with one of its latest listings: a Naples home owned by former PGA golfer and Golf Channel TV analyst Mark Lye.

The 4,117-square-foot, four bedroom, five-bath luxury residence is in the 1,700-acre, gated, master-planned community Mediterra, in north Naples, according to a statement. Mediterra has a pair of 18-hole golf courses and a members-only beach club. The address is 28090 Castellano Way and goes to auction Oct. 1, the release adds.

This marks the third luxury property Lye has sold at through Elite Auctions, joining Naples properties 16763 Prato Way in 2018 and 6230 Lightbourn Way in 2020. 28090 Castellano Way is currently listed at $4.25 million, according to publicly accessible real estate data sources, the release states.

Some of the more notable features of the home include a guest cabana with full bath; kitchenette; private entry and attached three-car garage; expansive lanai with a pool and spa overlooking the water; and impact-resistant sliding glass doors that open the entire rear of the residence to the screened lanai.

“We’re very excited to be helping Mr. Lye sell what will be his third luxury property sold with Elite Auctions,” Randy Haddaway, founder and CEO of Elite Auctions, says in the statement. “To us, there’s not a better compliment we can receive than repeat clientele who come back to us and say, ‘We love what you were able to do for us last time, you’ve got a great team, and it’s obvious you know what you’re doing, so let’s do it again.’”

28090 Castellano Way is available for private tours only by reservation, weekends from 1-4 p.m. through Sunday, Sept. 25. The auction will be held on site at the property at 11 a.m. Oct. 1, with registration beginning at 9 am. Remote bids will be accepted by phone. Broker participation is encouraged.

Elite Auctions has marketed more than $2 billion of high-value luxury real estate and luxury yachts for auction, handling residential, commercial and undeveloped real estate listings.
