NORTH NAPLES — Kalea Bay, a gated, luxury high-rise community under development in North Naples, has begun the construction of its second tower.

Similar to Tower 100, Tower 200 will be 22 stories tall with 120 residences among six floor plans with prices starting at $1.4 million. Six floor plans will range from 3,704 to 3,919 total square feet. Each includes gulf views, open floor plans and direct elevator access. The new tower will have rooftop amenities including a pool, open-air fitness center and a sky lounge.

“Since launching sales in July 2017, we have sold more than 50% of all residences in the tower and have recorded a total sales volume to date of $120 million,” says Inga Lodge, vice president of sales and marketing for Kalea Bay, in a news release.

Buyers in the second tower can begin using Kalea Bay’s $25 million, $88,000-square-foot amenity center the day contracts are signed. Tower 100 is completed and sold out. The construction time frame for Tower 200 was not released. Kalea Bay is planned to have five towers when complete.
