Three model homes and a new neighborhood are being unveiled at Babcock Ranch during a grand opening weekend June 25-26.

The new Northridge neighborhood features 322 one- and two-story single-family homes. Pulte Homes is the exclusive home builder for the neighborhood, which is situated in Babcock Ranch — dubbed America’s first solar-powered town.

The Hanover model is designed to be a quick, move-in home featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms, according to a statement. The Whitestone model is two stories with up to five bedrooms. And the third model that will debut during the grand opening is the Easley, which provides enough space for up to four bedrooms, the statement adds.

There are 13 floor plans configured throughout the homes in Northridge with square footage ranging from 1,447 to 4,674. The neighborhood is built for families and active adults, according to the press release.
