NAPLES — C-B Associates sold Countryside Commons, a 44,248-square-foot office park, for $6.5 million. The sale represents the largest commercial office transaction in Naples this year, according to LandQwest Commercial's Adam Palmer, who brokered the deal. The identity of the buyer was not disclosed.
Located at 6400 David Blvd., the medical and professional park was 55% occupied at the time of sale. Current tenants include Naples Community Hospital and Naples Diagnostic and Imaging Center.
C-B Associates received the property in 1989 as a transfer from Thomas C. Carollo, who paid $540,000 for it two years prior, records show.
