NAPLES — Cruise Naples, which operates five sightseeing vessels out of Tin City, has been renamed Pure Naples.

The company changed the name to reflect its growing operations. Besides providing sightseeing cruises, Pure Naples rents watercraft and recently launched a high-speed jet boat for thrill-seeking tourists.

Father-and-son team Lance and Harry Julian own the company. In addition to the cruise operations, the two are marine special-effects consultants for Hollywood movie studios. They've worked on projects ranging from the movie blockbuster Titanic to television shows such as Survivor, staging elaborate water stunts.
