SARASOTA — M/I Homes is scheduled to hold a grand opening Oct. 19 for its new neighborhood in Parrish, The Cove at Twin Rivers.
The 64 single-family homes in the gated neighborhood in Manatee County are priced from the high $200s. They range in size from 2,136 to over 3,100 square feet, according to a statement.
The Cove residents will have access to all the amenities at Twin Rivers, including, running, walking and biking trails; basketball courts; a soccer field, multiple playgrounds; and access to a river house and boat ramp to the Manatee River.
The Cove is located off Twin Rivers Trails at 2004 149th Place E. in Parrish.
M/I Homes was founded in 1976 by Melvin and Irving Schottenstein. The company opened a homebuilding division for Sarasota and Manatee counties in July 2016.
