LW Hospitality Advisors, a New York consulting practice that tracks major hotel sales throughout Florida and nationwide, has hired a Boca Raton-based analyst to drill down into the Sunshine State's hospitality market.
David Gray joins LW from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was an executive managing director and a member of that firm's valuation and advisory group's global management team.
He has a quarter century of experience in the industry in all working with Cushman; Laventhol & Horwath; American Realty Consultants, Landauer Associates and Atlantic Hospitality Advisors.
At LW, which was founded by former Cushman & Wakefield executive Daniel Lesser, Gray will work as a managing director providing valuation and advisory services.
“He's a highly respected professional in the hotel space throughout the country, and especially in Florida,” Lesser says of Gray.
